Venus flytraps only grow in one small area in the world. North and South Carolina. They were found in 1763 by Arthur Dobbs. The venus flytrap was the first plant to be carnivorous.

Venus flytraps eat nothing but bugs. They will eat meat but they mostly like bugs.
